Lonely Christmas. What a good phrase to describe this christmas.
I have totally no plans, or i shld say i DO have a plan.
My usual plan: to stay at home.
Until i received an sms from my dancemates.
Then i recalled last christmas...(refer to post on 24-25/12/06)
So i decided to join them again on xmas eve.
Guess this day has become the inofficial xmas guys gathering.
Luckily i wasn't workin this year, neither do i have to do any guard duties.
After i went to guanyin temple in bugis to pay my offerings and gratitude to guanyinma for watching over my safety in thailand, i took 67 to bukit timah SC.
Well, guess what? We are playing LAN.
Great, I thought, what's so fun about playing LAN. U can play com games at home.
But it WAS really much fun to play with your friends.
I played DOTA (which was actually my 3rd game. I only started playing at the LAN shop in thai during EX CRESCENDO, but this time round, i had betta memories.) and some other weird games (I can't really rmb, but it was juz some shoot and kill game, think CS) with yeeshiang, shiucheong, kendrick and later yuanjie, before rounding up the games with CS. Ah dick left halfway playin lan.
Then we went to Holland V.
It was my 2nd time there, but we still went to nydc to have dinner. (some things juz won't change)
Jun Hong and Jee Poh join us while we had dinner (and that's about the whole gang).
I had Red Hot Chilli Pepper Pasta and That Boney Cake. (Dun ask me which one)
Then we went to cold storage to buy some drinks.
I bought Hoegaarden 330ml. (It's a belgian white beer which was sold at eM)
I also bought this can of honey roasted peanuts.
Then we proceeded to shiucheong house.
I bought Stella Artois 330ml (another Belgian beer that's again sold at eM), Coke 1.5l and small korean cup noodles at the NTUC express at the petrol kiosk near his house b4 going there.
I think we made his mom quite happy, coz his dad is due to return from tokyo nxt morn, and i think it's a very noble thing as we saved her from spending a lonely xmas eve.
Well, we played mahjong all the way till midnight.
"Merry Christmas!" we greeted each other.
