It was really a big surprise to me..it was juz 1 min after the arrival of my bdae..when i got a phone call.
12:01am...unknown number..Who could it be?
"Hello..may i speak to Larri?"
"uh..I am..speaking.Who's that?"
"Hi. This is rachel. Happy bdae!"
Very sweet of her. Someone whom i got to know for not very long.
In fact, this is only the 2nd time i talked to her on the phone, while i only saw her twice at eM. Another time at Venture Era.
We chatted for abt half an hour..I feel at ease talking to her..Thanx very much for your bdae greeting..i really appreciate it.
As soon as i hung up, I received another call..now..who can that be?
Jie Xiang. I know his hse no.
"Happy bdae!"
Second call greeting. Interesting..So i chatted with him for 1 hr plus..till 2 plus.
The 2 calls were surprising..thou i felt a little sad...and happy at the same time.
The next morning..i started to get bdae msgs..after yan yuan, ying ying and bala have sent me early bdae sms greetings.
The very 1st one i saw when i woke up is fom fiona tay..sent at 07:20..surprise! I never know they can rmb my bdae..sometimes..who are actually my real frenz..
Then..at 08:06..Valene's bdae msg to me=)
I called her and thank her..thou i was quite surprised she woke up SO early..
08:09..Dad's msg. COOL..no wonder he was scrambling abt in my bedrm b4 i woke up.
09:15. Angela's msg. Thx alot!
In the mean time, i was trying to meet up rachel/valene today. Really boring to stay at home.

After confirming that i will be meeitng val in the evening, i went out to buy clothes wif mom at causeway point. While choosing my clothes, i realized sth really wrong. Rachel called me and thought i was going to have lunch with her 2dae..But i misinterpreted..ahhh!
So sorry..
I bought a pink shirt. Funky.
Then went to meet jie xiang at tpy hdb hub. I ate lunch myself, buoght some "Famous Amos" cookies, and met up wif jx b4 taking bus to tampines.
He was the only guy fren i saw 2dae. Another aquarius. Another person who can understand how i feel and analyze things for me. We are aliens. Lol.

So jx and I went to look for glasses at tampines. i didn't buy any in the end. Saw a phone pouch that i always wanted. The mao mao one. Silver colour damn nice. But didn't buy in the end..hai..coz gabriel give me one liao. But in the future, maybe i'll go there and buy.
15:50. Daniel called to ask me to collect my pay for this mth. Woah..i've always been imagining how i'll spent my bdae at eM. Now i know..it's abit different from what i expect..but not very far either.
Went to punggol/ val hse and waited for her. It was like..hell..but i was happy to wait. How many more times can i still wait liddat?
17:25. Yun Hsiu's msg. So nice of her to rmb my bdae..thx.
Val was very late. I think. But i lost track of time. When we start to leave, it's almost 7. We went to california fitness center at orchard via mrt. We missed dhoby gaut station. But there was this incident which left me much to ponder.
While taking the train from dg to somerset, there were so many ppl. We were really squeezing into the train like sardine. As i was abt to enter the train, the doors shut and close on me. Val was holding my hand, trying to pull me in. But i knew i can't make it. I will get squashed if i enter. So i let go of her hand..and exited to safety.
To me, it was drama. And it hinted sth. I thought alot. Does it mean the end of our...relationship? Shld i be the one to let go..of her? Maybe..yeah. Even though she tried to get me back..i decided not to. This cld be the possible future.
Wow..the membership is damn ex at california fitness. I think i was silly. Foolish even. Not much time to go there and i applied for a membership. But i went in..tried some of the machines there. And also went for the yoga. Cool.
But when i went back, i saw val entering someone's car. I really dunno who he is. She is still as mysterious. And i have no more energy to suspect anything anymore.

I walked all the way to eM from somerset. One last time on a rout once so familiar..towards eM.

22:14. WZ msg to me. I realized we're closer than i've thought. She's a nice gal too.
Surprise! I saw daniel, alvin, amin (takeshi), lorraine, joe, xiang. I got my pay..and Amin was screaming to pour water on me and strip me when he knew it's my bdae 2dae.
i got a treat from daniel. Sol!
Daniel taught me how to drink. Amin showed me HOW to drink. I'll always rmb that.
Amin oso talked to me privately.."I hope u learn alot working here..and bring all these knowledge with u whereever u go in the future." I'll always rmb that. Too.
Eric wash ere to collect his pay too! Never see all of them for a long time liao. He looked cheerful as ever. Chubby face..Hah!
I oso got to talk to tanan and eric (insurance agent). They were nice.
I left with eric, not b4 visiting the kitchen. He was having the same feeling as me. Nostalgia. We left eM..both due to unforeseen circumstances. "Rmb to call me and go out nxt tym k?" I will.
Thank you eM for bringing me all these precious memories..i was surprised to get such a warm welcome..thx daniel, amin,joe and gang. Good luck to all of u too.
And i shall walk back the familiar route one last time at night. Back to somerset.
