Went to huang lao shi hse in the morn.
With jingguo, yong qiang, kurt wei and wee kiat.
Sibei long never meet up liao. The only time we're sure of meeting up is Huanglao's cny visit.
I dun bother to be the organiser this yr. I'm abit tired. I knew if i did it, probably the whole class cld come. But giving myself excuses that those who are working/in the ns ar not free, i pushed the work to jingguo. Sorry leh..
We chatted for 3 to 4 hrs at huang lao hse. It seems like alot of things have changed, but some things juz won't change. Got alot of updates on RV. But huanglao is like one of the few teachers i now know in RV. The rest have either left/quitted or retired.
We had alot to talk..from 2A 2002 to RV to NS to our jobs to nasty jokes to heart-to-heart talk...huang lao is juz like another fren in our clique.
She wants me to be in charge of organisng next year's cny visit. Could i do it again?
Kurt left 1st, the rest of us went to arcade to play. No choice, wk was trapped in NS and it seems like anything that is childish to bring life into him interests him.
Ok..i muz admit i feel like going too. 2 mths at work = 2 mths in NS.
So naturally..we played time crisis. It was betta than last time..when we squandered 20 dollars at marina bay arcade. When was last time? Sec 4 or J1? I can't rmb.
YYQ dance partner quite chio on phone, but her real person reminds me of huijing. Small and petite but with a really loud voice. I pity and admire yyq. Coz they are JUST dance partners.
And then i head to town.
Eating lunch at coffee club @ taka muz be another "bright" idea from the "tai tai".
Right as i was, i saw jasmine, 2gether with wanzhen when i reach there.
Shiu Cheong managed to escape the huamn vortex in Kinokuniya. He never fails to bring us jokes again..after what he told us abt his NS encounters ytd.
Dashu was the next to reach. Still rmb huanglao said in the morn..
"Oh..your dance instructor ah..the small and skinny one right..with some beard and moustache on his face". LOL
Yee Shiang came and he provided the ultimate defence for dashu.
"Lol..No choice what. Whoever stands besides ms wan will be dwarfed by her."
I admit..she's really tall..i still can't catch up with her height until now.
I ate Chicken Cacciachino..or watever Caxxxxxxno it is. Not bad..especially when u have the money to eat.
Joanna arrived last. When everyone has almost finished eating. Jas was showing us her photos she took in Japan. COOL.
Maybe i shld go to japan some day.
We then went to buy some donuts at taka B2. Dashu treated me to brownie. I'll rmb it.
We saw Zhang Yao Dong!
Dashu was blabbering away.."Doesn't that guy looks familiar?"
And what i saw was a gal. In yellow dress. Above average..until i saw that 1.8x m frame beside her do i realise that he was talking abt zhang yao dong.
I guess i am evolving.
Down to mos burger to sit down/have a drink/ chat again. But wasn't it lame that we juz entered yoshinoya to take a pic?
We were chatting non-stop when i brought up VE. Huh? What? Jas, u sos went there for an interview b4? What a small world.
I won't wanna be the receiving end when u stun VE wif ur ever-stinging words. Seriously, i think VE was crap now.
What anti-ageing, anti-oxidising disinfecting magical water? Plz..we're no kids.
Maybe i shld advise Rachel out of it..But do u think a "marketing executive" wld wanna give up her position? Hmm..
Took the train back to amk..but overshot when i took a nap. Am i gg back home or to ahma hse?
The sad news is..i won't get alot of ang pow this yr, or the next 2 yrs..coz of granny's death.
The good news is..Even thou w/o ang pow, the bond b/w relatives never break.
I ask jiexin alot abt NS stuff..if i can, i will cheong OCS till i become 2nd lieutenent.
I'm lookin 4ward to it now. Evoulution complete.
