Walau..For the 1st try,i wore my torn and tattered pair of black-and-silver-striped nike shoes..and i only had 244cm!! It scared the hell out of me! How cld i deproved tt much?! So i told tt winnie teacher tt i wana change another pair of shoes to try again. Borrowed fr yu en his pair of NAA(Non-attract-attention) shoes...abit de big ar..haha. So i had my 2nd try..and wheeeee...i jumped 257cm!!! Finally..performed up to expectations=)

This is perhaps the easiest item among all. Totally no kick! I practically took all the pts fr them by PWNing everyone in sight..57cm!! And tt irritating guy still told me..place ur sholders near to the board at the back to get a decent result. Hey..dun ban1 men2 nong4 fu3 ok? U tot i duno arh? Even if i dun carry out this cheat..i still will PWN u de. Dun play play...
Pull up (Sth to pull urself up wif..esp after much setback. Apparently, a bar is provided so tt if u cant pull urself up,u can at least hang there. Tt will be called 'pull down'.)

One of the most feared items and a killer among many guys. My only fear is i cnt get 5pts..coz i hvn been training pull ups for sometime..and WTH! my prophecy indeed came true! (which is so undesirable) I did 10 pull ups slowly(coz i nv noe how 2 do fast)..and then for the 11th one..i pulled myself level wif the bar..pple ard were cheering for me..Gogogo! 1 more to 5 pts! Gogogo!!!!!!.......and i was thinkin.."Gooooooouuuu le...(I had Enough)"...I ran out of energy and i juz slid down the bar..What a pity!!!=<

And indeed it's the one tt disappoints me to most as well..I nv tot tt i wld deprove by alomost 1 min w/o training for mths!! i still rmb the times i ran within 10min easily in the past..Haiz~ The worst thing is even wif ken, a canoeist, for me to pace..i still cnt get a decent B...but thx anw..u did a great favour for me!

I wasnt happy wif the results at all..tt leaves me the worst among my cdance m8s...ys 1st (30pts), dick 2nd(29pts), sc 3rd(28 pts) and me 4th(27 pts)...but i'm in no mood to ponder over my lousy results coz my left calf strains lyk hell!! Keep giving me cramps...I cldn't even walk at hall and hafta lie on the grandstand bench for half an hour!! wif ken occasionally helping me to relieve the strain in my calf..Haiz!
Then went canteen to buy sprots drinks as well as tok to sc,kendrick and joanna. Accidentally spill sc's milo on my uniform..so sway lah! i can only wear pe attire home..very sad 2dae..very sianz..very tired..very depressed..>_<
