Hurray!

The world cup fever is on..
and this is only the 3rd world cup i'd gone thru..(i was too young in '94 to noe wat's world cup abt..)
This time..i'm rootin for...Netherlands (aka Holland)!
Yea..Netherlands..
Why?
Coz they are known as the 'Oranje'..and their attire is orange!
haha..but oso coz they r one of the better teams ard..Fifa world ranking no.3...dun play play ah..

and my fav. striker Ruud van Nisterooy is in the team..
Netherlands was 'sway' to be in grp C aka grp of death..coz the team oso consists of Argentina, Serbia and Montenegro, Cote d'voire (aka ivory coast, oso orange attire)..
Argentina is 2-time world cup champs and this yr their squad got young talents like Messi..Dangerous siah..
S&M only leaked in 1 goal in 10 matches in Europe qualifiers..tough def siah..
IC is runner up in Afican Championship..and they have Didier Drogba as captain..possible dark horses of the competition..

But dun worry..Netherlands will PWNED all of u...Wahahaha!

Possible hazards are Brazil(Fifa world rankin no.1 and defending champs) and England i tink..but no fear! A ball is round and ANYTHING can happen..I hope to see great upsets on teams lyk Italy and Spain..haha

Althou holland is unlikely to repeat its '74 world cup wif 'Total Football' (where forwards can switch places wif defenders and vice versa)..and they may have missed out on 02' world cup...
but they r back wif a vengeance..emerging as grp leader fr a tough european qualifying team oso consisting of Czech(fifa world rankin no.2) and other tough guys..
and wif veterans lyk keeper edwin van der sar, arjen robben, van Brockhorst, van der vaart blahblahblah..they had a gd chance of winning
so,'Oranje'..show wat u have and collect the scalps...startin wif S&M!
haha..GoGoGo! Ole Ole Ole Ole...!
